ShaderFX 2.0 Workflow

For 2.0 we've added several workflow improvements. First of all ShaderFX 'Open Recent' keeps track of the last five shader files you've worked on so you can quickly open up the last shader and continue working.

We've also added the ability to 'clone parts of the shader tree', including connections and settings, which should dramatically reduce repetitive rebuilding of chains of nodes.

Material nodes now keep track of the 'Shader Model', which will allow you to have multiple shader materials of different shader models in a single schematic as well as specify different shader models within a technique material.

Finally we 'improved the pan & zoom' functionality in ShaderFX to zoom about the mouse cursor, which should help navigate large shader scenes.
